I'm Spencer Hora, a 25-year-old entrepreneur deeply immersed in the short-term rental scene. My journey in this began at the age of 21 when I took the chance and bought my first short-term rental property. After I fell in love with STR's I started real estate investing and opened up HF Homes to help other hosts run their properties.

Morgan Fast, a 24-year-old who fell in love with real estate. My journey commenced at the age of 19 when I seized the opportunity to purchase my first property. Initially navigating the waters of long-term rentals, I soon discovered the possibilities of Airbnb. Since then, I've kept investing in Real Estate and opened up HF Homes to help other hosts run their properties.
